People are shaped and defined by various factors in their lives. Some of these include, but are not limited to, the environments we grow up in, the people we have in our lives, and the lessons we teach and take wherever we go. All these factors have an impact on who we are and who we become as a person. While we may have some things in common, everyone leads their own separate lives. There is so much to learn about our world, about each other, but also about ourselves. Who we are, what we believe and who we choose to surround ourselves with, all have an impact on how we present and what we project into the world.

“I identify the strengths of people who have come before me and I seek out guidance based on what I am looking to get better at.” – Jason Babineau, Principal of Herbert Hoover High School

“My faith is in humanity, and anytime my faith is questioned I just come to City Heights.” – Bill Oswald, Associate Executive Director for Research and Evaluation, Global Action Research Center (ARC)
